The Commissioning date column checks that each entry is a date.

Three rules for filling it in.

  1. 01

    Never guess: what you don’t know stays blank.

    A made-up date throws off every due date that follows. The information will be completed when the technician visits.

  2. 02

    Chair and delivery unit on two separate rows.

    They are two items of equipment, in some cases with two serial numbers.

  3. 03

    Inventory the equipment, not the instruments.

    The simplest way is to go round the rooms.

After the inventory

This template has the same columns as the Romaldent import: once filled in, it imports as it is and each item of equipment gets its own record, with its maintenance due dates. Romaldent can also carry out the inventory for you.

01 Is the template free?

Yes. It is sent to the address you enter.

02 Is the template in English?

No, it is in French, like the Romaldent app. The instructions tab explains each column, with three example rows.

03 What if I don’t know the commissioning date?

If you only know the month: the 1st of the month. Only the year: 1 January, and add a note. Otherwise, leave it blank.

04 Should small instruments be inventoried?

No, only the equipment, such as chairs, X-ray units, autoclaves, compressors and suction units.
