This data is collected to respond to requests, to follow up the business relationship and, where appropriate, to send information about the service. Responding to a request is based on pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject; marketing to professionals is based on Pecify’s legitimate interest in developing its business; audience measurement, when active, is based on consent, and traffic measurement on Pecify’s legitimate interest.
The data of a prospect who has not entered into a contract is kept for three years from the last contact initiated by that person, in line with the recommendation of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. At the end of this period, Pecify may get in touch to ask whether the person wishes to continue receiving communications.
Customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the applicable statutory retention periods, in particular for accounting and tax purposes.
